Everyone feels insecure sometimes. So don't worry your not the only one. Just do things that make you happy. If your not happy with yourself, change that. Go running! =) Running makes me feel a lot better about myself, I feel healthier when I do it. Plus if I have a lot on my mind, running always seems to help. Especially if your mad about something. Once I come back from running I just feel a lot better all together. Act confident and soon you wont be acting. It'll just come naturally. Everyones beautiful in their own way. Different guys like different things when it comes to girls. Well good luck with everything. Hope I helped even the slightest bit. Take care now.

This is because of how you think of yourself. I bet before when you were confident you didnt have a problem walking next to your best friend huh?

Well tell yourself that your beautiful. I know this sounds cocky but it works. Tell yourself how great you are. If Be CONFIEDENT AGAIN. if you've done it before you can do it again. Weight doesnt matter. just because your the biggest girl in your clique doesnt mean anything. Someone has to always be the smallest or the biggest or the prettiest. Thats just how cliques work, dont worry about it i promise you shouldnt care what other people think because it really doesnt matter. You are who you choose to be and no one else matters. Hope i helped =] If you need anything else feel free to go to my column and ask me personally =]
