hi, i'm a 19 yr. old female and i have a bit of a problem. i have these thick ankles that i'm self concious about. they're definitely not cankles because my ankles are still skinnier than my calves, but lets say my ankles are just a little thicker than most which i think is unusual. anyways, are there any exercises i could do to make them skinnier? my mom also has similiar ankles to mine but hers are a little more thicker if that helps with genetics or something. thank you for the advice in advance.

Its something passed done from genetics cause she went to the doctor about it and he told her that its just that the muscle in her ankle right there is bigger.
She says its from dancing but she was just born that way.
People always pick on her about it & if you wanna good excuse for it you could just say that you have stronger ankles and thats why they are bigger. Thats what my friend says.
