Well sometimes periods are not regular and that could be it.
But if you are sexually active you could be pregnant.
If i were you i would wait until its been about 2 weeks so in 5 days, and if your period still hasnt showed up then take a pregnancy test.

Well, without knowing your situation as far as age and sex life, it will be hard to give a completely accurate answer to this. Assuming that you do have sex, or I don't think you would be asking about pregnancy, I will answer. There are a lot of reasons that your period can be late for example: stress, activities, age, etc. The most obvious would be pregnancy, if you are sexually active and have not used birth control, I would say to take the test. Even if you are not pregnant, ten dollars is a small price to pay for peace of mind. So get a test or go to your local pregnancy help center and find out for sure.
