How do you make $45,000 fast?

Question Posted Thursday April 23 2009, 10:42 am

I am going to college next year at a very expensive school. What are some ways to make that sort of money fast?

Tell me what I can do, what I will make, and how hard I will have to work for it.

And anything goes here, legal, illegal, immoral. I probably won't go the illegal route, but the information would come in handy.

18/m

Hello,

Among the legal ways, getting scholarships seem to be the only one that can get you $45,000 USD fast.

Besides that, you can attend an applied technology college and get a certificate in certain field, then you can work for about $15 USD per hour. It normally takes about 3 to 6 months to complete a course, some are shorter than others; and if you are still in high school, you can attend it for free =D

Now for the immoral but not really illegal way (it's not illegal, but at about the edge of becoming illegal), I know of a way to make around $7000 to $10,000 fast (by fast, I'm talking about 4 months to 6 months), but I don't know of any way to make instant $45,000.

However, if you are 18 years old or older, I would suggest you go to a tech college and be certified in some field (e.g. pharmacist technician, phlebotomy technician, dental assistant, website designer, etc.). You can make around $30,000 each year easily without having to "legally" (as of now) rob people off. (And I'm not going to say how anyway because I don't want to get ban from here.)

Illegal way? Rob the bank, instant millionaire, lol xD

The below was one of the stupidest things I've read. I want that minute of my life back.

On to the question, look into financial aid. Google "Financial Aid _______" and fill the blank with your zip code or city, see if you come up with anything local. Go to your college and talk to the financial aid office, ask them how you find out about grants and such. There might well be help there.

Beyond that, look into student loans and see if you have a cosigner (like parents)

In all realistic terms, theres no way to come up with 45 grand like magic. Even if you did something illegal, you aren't going to be able to jump into it and have 45 grand.

You need to be looking into finding a job you can work close to college and look into financial aid. Just google and spend a few hours looking up information.

Have sex for money, become a hit man, rob banks, sell everything you own on ebay, steal peoples' purses, sell drugs, mow lawns, work as many jobs as you can at once, make a bomb, buy wholesale things and then resale them, sue people and businesses, work somewhere that gives lots of tips, give private lessons for something, buy damaged things and fix them up, become a partner on youtube, the possibilities are endless. And then remember how much fun you had doing all that when you're sitting in jail.
