Yeah you both may be 16; but like if ya aint ready ya aint proply ready;
by the sounds of it; you's may not be completly comfortable around eachova. and forget about the "too tight" part; it will soon strech during and after sex; after the first time; it wont feel "tight" anymore; and you'll be able to enjoy it more; and get more pleasure out of it ;)

have fun kidz xD

Okay well you have to be patient take it very slowly, no rush, he's 16 I'm pretty sure he's excited the best thing to do is erouse eachother, don't go straight for the kill, get in to it then work your way to the starting line that's when the race begins, ps..practice safe sex and don't rush into anything you don't feel comfortable doing!!

okay ive had this problem before its really embarrising, its probably soft casue hes nervs. buttt umm you have to turn him on more, like do more forplay and stuff. im gonna tell you some things that drive my boyfriend crazzzzzzyy when i do them.
okay so, i think this might sound weird all my friends think it wouldnt work but my boyfriend always tells me how much it works, lol, bit his ear. lol like nibble on it and breath softly in it. its amazing! and then go from his ear to his neck, like behind his neck and down his collarbone and just kiss him. you can also like tease him, like rub his hipbone before going down his pants and just like lightly run your fingertips around that area. it will work dont worry. Yes he probably isn't hard enough.

Haha. You should turn him on more..do other sexual things until he is fully erected.

Also what helps is if you guide him in or put it in your self..maybe you should be on top...which ever is easier.

Yeah haha
This happened to me! :X
Well your theory is right. If it bends then it isn't hard enough. If you want it to be harder then you have to arouse him more. So you can kiss him or do other things that would do the trick. Hope I helped!
