i'm 14 and completely flat-chested
i am about 5'1", 100 pounds, started my period a few weeks ago, and am and totally desgusted with my body because i have no boobs. i don't even have buds yet, there's nothing there. i'm so concerned about it, and i'm the only person i know with this problem. i know i'm slightly on the small side, but i have a friend who's even smaller than me and she has boobs- EVERY SINGLE person in the high school does other than me. i feel so alone and and i want them so badly. i already wear padded bras and i don't think anyone notices, but i can't even go swimming with my friends because i know they'll be able to tell. people keep telling me to wait but i'm so afraid i'll never get them.

You're only 14 & just not started your period. You're not fully developed yet, and won't be for a few more years. Your body is still growing & maturing.
Be patient because there's nothing you can do. You will get boobs eventually. Don't worry. Having boobs isn't even that great.

Beign flat chested is completly normal. Not every girl has them. Some girls take longer to develope and some girls develope a lot faster. It's a part of life and a part of puberty. You might not like beign small chested but it's what makes you, you!
You should just feel comfortable in your skin, and shouldn't be afraid to show people the real you. Don't feel presured to need to wear patted bras because everyone else is bigger than you. Even if it takes a while to developpe, people will still love you just because your you.
So don't worry about it and live life like you want.

I have been flat-chestedd all of my life. It's like a curse. I'm a triplet, and even my sister has boobs and I don't. It's horrible haha. I hate comparing myself to other people, but it's hard when everyone has something that you don't... and then you don't feel normal. But okay, im a sophomore in highschool, this year I finally got "buds" you could say. I'm still not like a full A cup or anything haha, but I'm close. I've had my period for a couple years now too. and I know it sucks to wait and see what happens, but it's what you have to do. I thought no guys would like me because of this, but if you have confidence and go out there like nothings wrong, that's great! I was also made fun of in middles school, because of my non-existent boobs. but really, why does it matter? as long as you are comfortable with yourself and hold your head high with confidence, nobody will even notice. Take my word for it, I've been through this.
I never wore padded bras por anything because it didn't feel real to me. I didn't feel like I was being true to myslef. I LIVE by the motto, "what you see is what you get." I never wanted anyone to think I was being fake, but it's what makes you feel comfortable, so if you're wearing padded bras, that's totally fine. But don't not go swimming with your friends just because you are boob-less. That's not being fair to yourself. Just go out there and have fun, and look at it this way, one day you will ge boobs. they might not be huge like everyone elses, but when you're 50 and you have nice perky boobs, everyone else is going to have sagging ones :] i think perky would be more attrcative than saggy hahaa. and if anybody makes fun of you, just laugh with them, if you don't care, they won't either. don't let this get you down. Just keep eating right and do your daily things, your boobs will come :] just be patient. [I know that's not what you wanna hear, but it's the truth]
