These look like pretty much the same pants she is wearing in that picture, and the brand is Tripp. You would probably like a lot of their clothes if you like Avril's style.

I would look at HotTopic.com.
She wears alot of skinny- type jeans and that is like the best place to get them. My cousin had a pair JUST like that and thats is where she got them
