what can i do before its too late how can i stop eating so much?? i used to have belimia and its always on my mind.. i keep eating LOTS every second i want food and its driving me crazy. if i dont do somethin about it now im gunna turn belimic again and i dont want to!!! plz help me! Bulimia is sort of a method of control.
You feel like you don't have control of yourself when you're exposed to food, or when you're hungry.
What you might not realize is that now, it's not only the food that's controlling you, but the constant threat of becoming bulimic again is, too.
I know that no one wants to be controlled by something like food or a past problem.
What you should do is, before taking a bite of anything, ask yourself why you're eating that and think of all the benefits in the food...if it isn't good for you & will make you gain weight, nothing will come to mind other than, "It tastes good."
That's not a reason to take the bite because you're trading hours that would be sane for a few seconds of joy before you swallow.
Weigh your options:
-You could continue to eat bad food, then be tormented by your own mind.
-You could eat right, then feel good about it.
Your options seem to be limited right now.
But if you consider the fact that you have control over what goes into your mouth, you will experience a feeling of peace...that everything can turn out fine.
Every morning, you should compliment something about yourself when you look into the mirror.
This will help you to feel better about yourself & convince yourself that you deserve more than unhealthy food & hours of self-torment.
Talk to your doctor.

A little thing I do is when I want a snack Idrink a bottle of water and it makes me feel full. It's a good way to pass the time between meals. ]
Hi, i have a similar problem i feel fat and people tell me im not but when i look in the mirrior i cant stand looking at myself i always want to eat and its because im bored and ive tried all kinds of weight products from the pink patch to weight loss loly pops to tea, and nothings working for me so every morning i go and run around our park it keeps me occupied and keeps me away from any fridge because there are no fridges at parks that i know of or at a track so just try keeping yourself bussy all the time go on the computer and play som fun and exciting puzzle games i know computers arent the greatest but it keeps me bussy try going outside and water trees or walk your dog, ask a friend to go walk around and get some fresh air. hope all is well and i really hope my advice helps let me know if it does and good luck keep strong everything will be fine. ]
I'm so sorry you're going through this. Bulimia is not the way to do it, though. It may seem like a quick fix, but it is definitely not healthy. Not to mention the long term effects bulimia has which could make you look terrible.
Try eating healthier, & smaller portions, too. Plus exercise. Talk to your doctor for some other ideas. If you keep coming back to bulimia, it might be best to talk to a therapist or your doctor. ]
All I can say is you need to see a psychologist or a therapy. I would say talk to your family or something like that, but really, they're not experienced and they don't know much. Like I said go see a therapist, and they will work with you and find a therapy for you.
