MM, don't go to a dermotolagist.
they perscribe things, that look as if they work.
but really in the end it screws up your skin more.
don't use it. coca butter is the stuff, to use.i've used it for years and it's worked amazingly.
good luck

In my dermatologist's opinion, Cetaphil works best, and I agree :) You don't need a prescription. It's sold at Walgreens and probably Walmart. When your done washing your face/getting out of the shower, make sure your face is completely dry. Then apply your acne medicine then when that's dry, apply the lotion. Hope this helps! :)

I use Clinque Dramatically Different moistuizing lotion on my face, and it works wonders. It's not greasy and doesn't clog my pores and I have the same dry skin (in winter) problem as you.

Biore "Nourish" lotion and Clean & Clear Oxygenating are good for everyday use. They're oil-free (no clogged pores) and have SPF 15.

If you've got some REALLY dry spots, Eucerin Cream (not lotion) is excellent. It can make your face really greasy though, so only use it at night.
