getting checked out?
so say that ur parent wanted youto get checked out to see if you had sex. i hear that they cant tell and such. but i want to know if they really could or not i havnt had sex but, if i have masturbated with my fingers wouldnt tht still break stuff w.e or not and wit tampons like i tryed using them a couple of times. and say that you tried having sex but just the tip of the penis went inside you could they still see that???

No they can not tell because sometimes the cherry is accidently poped from like splits or tampon or something like that and no if you masterbate it does not pop you cherry i did it before i had sex and when i had sex the guys penis popped my cherry so no it doesnt but you might actually want to pop your cherry before you have sex because if you don't when the guy does it it can make the sex extremly painful mine was

Every information about you that your doctor knows is strictly confidential. However your OBGYN can infact tell if your 'cherry has been popped' weather it be from fingers, tapons, or a penis. He/she can may not be able to specify which of the three it may be but if your 'cherry' is not in tact they are able to visibly see that. Good Luck!

the doctor cant legaly tell your parents if you have had sex you have to ask your doctor not to and they wont. and they dont to the test anymore to see if your a virgin because it is a risk of poping your cherry. they only do a check up if your not a virgin any more.

A doctor can't tell FOR CERTAIN if you have sex or masturbate. They might have an opinion based on what they see on your body, but short of being pregnant or having an STD, there is no absolute proof.
They also can't tell your parents. At all. Period.

If a doctor does tell your parents something without your permission, contact your states Board of Medical Licensure and report them. Your doctor can only give information to your parents if they think you are in danger or if there is a reason to believe you aren't able to make an informed decision (ie, mental health troubles, abusive relationship, ectra.)

I dont think they can tell if you have had sex. But they can tell if your hemen is broken. But your hemen can break from so many things like sex, masturbation, biking, horse back riding, and alot more! I hope I helped.
