I have used hydroxycut and i did not like the feeling it gave me. one of the ways it works is to increase your heartbeat and because of that i was achy and got light headed very fast. its not a product i would recommend. Try something more natural like Hoodia

All the negative side effects of being on uppers with none of the fun.

Hydroxycut doesn't really work that well, specifically because its such an ineffective form. Taking those is akin to snorting really weak cocaine. It has similar speedy effects without the high associated with other stimulants (which is why its legal)

I've used it. It does speed up your metabolism a little bit, but not enough to make a huge difference. Similarly, if you aren't sitting still trying not to throw up because of the nausea, you will have slightly more energy.

And as soon as you stop taking them, unless you change your habits alot you will put the weight right back on.

I used it for about a month to drop a few pounds. First of all, I don't believe it worked. Second of all, I felt like I was on crack all day and it made me sick to my stomach. I've personally tried very many diet pills and they aren't good for you. If you're looking to lose weight - try eating right, taking vitamins, and drinking lots and lots of water. If you need more diet idea's I have plenty, so feel free to ask if you need to. Good Luck!
