I would stay far away from diet pills. They are not good for you, and not really that helpful in losing weight. Because diet pills do not have to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration, the companies that make these pills can get away with exaggerating their effectiveness and downplaying negative side effects.
You say that you've been eating healthy and working out regularly, but do you know if you are doing these things in the right amount? Try counting your calories every day for at least one week.

In order to lose weight, the amount of calories your body burns in a day needs to be more than the amount of calories you eat. So if your body burns 2500 calories in a day, and you eat 1500, you have a deficit of 1000 calories. One pound of fat contains about 3500 calories, so if you ate 1500 calories and burned 2500, you would lose a pound of fat in 3 1/2 days, or two pounds per week (which is a healthy rate for most people to lose weight at). To start out, you might try a 1600-1800 calorie diet and burn 200-300 calories three to five days a week with exercise. However, I am not a nutritionist and I do not know your condition, height, weight, or age, so I cannot give you an exact number of what you should eat or how much you should exercise. Always listen to your body and don't overdo it.

If you need help counting calories some great online trackers can be found at the following websites:

now honestly, there really isn't anything. like "trimspa" and others such as that. but going for something herbal would definatly work. i advise "papayamine." it's make out of papayas and it doesn't taste that good, but it's okay if you mix it with some orange juice. now i'm not advising you to take this if you dont' really need to lose weight. this is if you are overweight. you can check possibly by checking your BMI. also, if you are uncomfortable with your body, papayamine won't do anything to your health, so you could possibly take it, but actually find otu if you are overweight, because you may just be exaggerating.

Okay, I'm gonna say flat out that phycobitch is absolutely wrong. Ignore that advice. Skipping meals isn't a diet technique, it's indicative of the beginnings of anorexia, the perfect path to malnutrution, and a deeper problem.
If you skip meals and don't get enough calories, your body goes into starvation mode, where it stores everything you put into it because it doesn't know when it's gonna get its next dose of nutrients.
If anything, you want to eat small meals every 3-4 hours. Keep your diet balanced. Eat sweets. Eat breads, but don't make them the biggest part of your food intake. If you're working out regularly, you want to be getting a lot of lean protein, veggies, and fruits. You need complex carbs (starches) for energy, so don't cut those out.
I speak from experience, here. I used to be 5'4" and about 140. Now I'm 120, and I have a lot of lean muscle. I run, though. Running is kind of my cure-all.
Anyway. If you're getting nowhere, try eating more often. Count your calories on a normal day of eating and find out how many you're really getting. My biggest problem for a long time was that I wasn't getting ENOUGH. My body was storing things because it didn't feel that it could comfortably burn. Now I eat around 2,000 calories a day and I run at least a mile every day, and I'm in the best shape of my life.
Don't buy diet pills. They can cause heart problems, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and depression, among other things. Do it naturally, you'll be much happier with your results, and they'll last.
If you'd like a more detailed response, drop one in my inbox and let me know how you're eating and working out and I'll try to help you figure out what's wrong so you can get what you want.
If you choose not to contact me, I wish you the best of luck.

If nothing works, then try taking a step up in your dieting technique, like not eating dinner and lunch, and not eating bread, meat, junk food. Becoming a vegetarian worked for my cousin.

You could try buying dieting cookies, and crap like that, but I advice you not to, because mostlikely it's bad for your health.

Hello, honestly I dont think you need a diet pill, diet pills are known as placebos, they create a palcebo effect where it gives you a misconception that it is really altering your metabolism, amount of food intake, etc. They do give you the sense that the pill is in fact helping you to drop the weight but in actuality it is changing the way you think and almost giving you the motivation to make you work harder, it gives you a sense of security that you are tryingto stay healthy in some way. Getting in shape takes time, motivation, and alternate routines..doing the same thing week after week is not going to give you the best results nor fast results, you have to chane up your routine becasue your ody gets used to and trained to do a specific exercise and doesnt aid you properly, yiou have to challenge your body over timeif you want results. Howevet if you fell you need that extra boost go for it but rememmber it is all in your mind, be focused on your goal and you will be fine!!:)..Detox teas and pills are hollistic and can be helpful in cleansing your body while also aiding in weight lose, and ginseng is a good energy booster. do what is best for you, everyone's body is different so do what is best for you.. I hope this helped and if you have any further questions I am here..I wish you the best of luck
SINCERLY,DIAMOND:)
