just_ask_me answered Tuesday January 20 2009, 5:27 pm: Ok, if you are set on NOT losing weight, do not dieT. Continue your usual meals, but of course, no extra snacks and do not eat after 8 or 9pm. Your body starts to "slow down" for the day and your metabolism will not burn the fat! Exercise is the key here. The treadmill will work a little, but you need to do ab routines. Crunches/situps work.. even riding a bike..
