One thing you can do is stop drinking sode; if you do.
& then if you want to loose your belly you should just do some ab workout: crunches, sit-ups, and so on.
& then for your love handles, you do something similar to a sit up, but instead of going straight up, you would go up & to the side, and every time you go up, you'd switch sides.

Ok, if you are set on NOT losing weight, do not dieT. Continue your usual meals, but of course, no extra snacks and do not eat after 8 or 9pm. Your body starts to "slow down" for the day and your metabolism will not burn the fat! Exercise is the key here. The treadmill will work a little, but you need to do ab routines. Crunches/situps work.. even riding a bike..
Lookup online (google) some websites for ab workouts, because that's what it sounds like you want to work on. =] ]
