i junese hair straightening treatment, st had a japabut its curly now !

Question Posted Tuesday January 20 2009, 9:33 am

Last thursday I did a hair straightening japanese treatment. Its where they put some med on your hair and then wash it, then use a hair straightener to straighten it. After not washing my hair for 3 days(thats what the stylist said), i washed it on the fourth day. After i washed it its already quite curly and wavy. Then i wore my headgear and the next day its super wavy, like i haven't done the hair straightening treatment at all. I'm naturally curly and wavy, so does the headgear have anything to do with it? and apparently i should tie my hair for a week after the treatment, so maybe i shouldn't have worn the headgear so early? Well, now my mom says I can do it again, but it really hurts your hair even though i really want to know what i've done wrong. I'm just scared that it will turn out bad again and it will hurt my hair a lot. I'm just really sad and mad that my hair is hurt AND dry because of the treatment, and it was really expensive. Does anyone know what i should do? Should I wait for another year to do it? Please answer me, I'm really mad.

sue the salon...

wtf, contact them- they're the b*stards that took your money.

but yeah nothing will make your hair perfectly straight- you will need to um, straighten it some yourself... :( sorry hair sucks.

but hey, curly hair is pretty

i have wavy poofy wild hair, and i don't want to dry it out with a jap treatment... take care of your locks!
