Ive described the perfect guy before: Cute, Funny, Crazy, Fun, Romantic, Loving, Lives close, Musical, always wants to be with me, and if i chose how he looked it would just be cute curly hair and blue eyes.
Guy number one is the nice one and lives close and plays guitar
Guy number two is the funny, fun to be with guy
One likes me, number two i like him,

Whoa whoa whoa! What's the rush? Are either of these guys moving to be foreign exchange students in Alaska any time soon? You make this seem as if you don't choose soon then both will poof and disappear.
Take your time, you're obviously torn about your decision so why don't you invest in talking to these guys more. Learn as much as you can and trust me, the more you get to know them, the easier your choice will be.
And don't be worried that you'll choose the wrong one. You're 13, you've got like 20 years of guy picking ahead of you!

This will be one of my shorter answers.
Give the nice guy a go (number one).
He likes you, and you obviously like him a little to even consider him.
He sounds like the shyer of the two, and as such if you got to know him, he might carry on conversation better, and feel confident enough to make jokes.
Number 2 sounds like he has "jerk potential".
If you think about a relationship as "difficult", it's doomed to failure. Just let him know you like him too, and go with the flow.
