abercrombie200 answered Wednesday January 14 2009, 6:49 pm: Hey, im studying to be a cosmetologist. there is nothing(expect for rogain) that is clinically proven to make your hair grow. average hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. Good Shampoo and conditioners will only help your hair from breaking. protien is good for you and MAY make your hair stronger & vitiams are a really good idea for hair and nails. try fish oil. good luck!
