What's the word that means like you're about to do something but you get caught up in talking to someone or something? Not procrastinating, I think it might start with an H? I don't remember.

Have a look on a thesauraus and type in a a word like distracted which means when your about to do sommething and then you get caught up in something else and see the results you get then - there will be a whole list of words
