OKay...umm can you get pregnant from dry sex....i mean if the guy his has penis out but the girl was wearing underwear AND pantyhose...my friend told me that her bf didn't ejaculate but h di earlier when she gave him a handjob but it went in the toilet...then like 10-15 mins later they did the whole penis showing/underwear & panty hose thing.

Yes, yes you CAN get pregnant from "dry sex." Especially if the male has recently ejaculated.
You see, the semen are still in the tube of the penis long after the initial ejaculation. When the male is aroused again, it's even MORE likelier that he will release some of those semen, just slightly, from his penis. If the fluid is enough to moisten the area at the vagina then it's enough to impregnate someone. Seriously.
ONE sperm fertilizes an egg. ONE. It doesn't take a lot.

The only way she could have got pregnant, was if he ejacuated near her vaginal area, and some of the semen soaked through the pantyhose, and underwear, and that would be a 1 in 100 possibility.

Though, if she plans on going further, go with her to your local health clinic to set her up on birth control, her parents dont have to know.
