so for the past 2 weeks ive been eating completly healthy. all fruits, veggies, protein only. anyways this weekend i wanted to have a bad weekend since it was thanksgiving. i ate so much food at thanksgiving and when i got home i felt like i just needed more?! so when i got home i ate 4 of my moms home made brownies even after i had tons of food and deserts at our thanksgiving dinner! i just indulged completly! the next day, well tonight anyways, i went out to lunch and out to dinner with my friends and afterwards just about an hour ago i was watching movies eating candybars and chips all night!!!
am i going to be a fat cow tomorrow morning from all of thiss?? am i going to gain any weight??
i mean i did eat a tonnnnnn!?!?!?
btw i have a similar diet and i pigged out on Turkey Day too. come on, its Thanksgiving you gottaaaaa eat a lot. its mandatory. haha :] [ OhMyJill's advice column | Ask OhMyJill A Question ]
