(Song - Artist)
Broken Hearts, Torn Up Letters, and the Story of a Lonely Girl - Lostprophets[though not the saddest song, it might help]
Congratulations - Blue October
My Immortal - Evanescence
Hello - Evanescence
Missing - Evanescence
Broken Wing - Thousand Foot Krutch
Attack(acoustic) - 30 Seconds to Mars
Rain - Breaking Benjamin
Forget It - Breaking Benjamin
Valentines Day - Linkin Park
My December - Linkin Park
In The End - Linkin Park
The Reason - Hoobastank
Already Over pt2 - RED

You dont have to like any of these or find them helpful, its just what I think are quite sad to me

Good way to listen to sad songs is to form a playlist on playlist.com and find as many sad songs as you can on the site and add them to the playlist and just listen to them every time you feel you want to cry. Saves up the time to have to find any, because they are conveniently right there for internet use...
