There aren't really rules that say how many days or how many hours in one day you have to work, that's more up to you and your employer. It just depends on how long their shifts are, when they need people and stuff like that. The only law is that you work less than 20 hours a week. I've never worked at Dukin Donuts, but there are people who work the counter, ringing people up and getting their donuts and other food/drinks, people make smoothies, people cook donuts, some people clean and if there is a drive thru, people work the drive thru- stuff like that.
