help-numb toes/feet
my big toe on both feet
but way more so my left
has been numb non stop for a while now
and it hasn't gone away once
it feels as if its spreading throughout my feet and legs
help?

that could cause this so I won't even try
explaining. It could be a nerve problem
or a circulatory problem. See a doctor.

You said thAt your feet are cold right, well let me see, if you touch your big toes right now or try and move them do they feel thick, or do they feel like pins sticking you when you touch them or pinch them. If so than your toes are just probably asleep. And maybe you should attempt moving around a little. But, if that doesn't work than maybe you should try googling the symptoms and find out that way. Than go and see a doctor immediately.
