how do you move on?
Is it true that you never forget your first love? i am in a serious relationship and have been for quite a few years, but i do not think i could ever let go of my first boyfriend. i find that i cant fully give myself to my current boyfriend as i always wonder what if! i am happy im really happy, but i do always wonder what if things had been different... should i try to forget my first love? is it healthy to forget? i think he will always hold a place in my heart that no one could ever fill. i havnt seen my ex for years, snce the day we broke up. do you think it would help me move on if i did see him?

You will always remember your first love, almost everyone does. You will always have feeling for him too, simply because he was your first love and you never felt that way about anyone before him. Try not to focus on him as much, focus more on your current relationship because you are so happy. There really isnt much taht you can do in this situation, but just try and let go and let the past be the past. I don't think that you should talk to him because it may possibly make you like him and want to see him more and i don't want you to ruin the relationship you are in now.

I've been in this situation. The reason, why is on your is probably because, you have some unfinish business or something went wrong, when you didnt want it to or you wanted to tell him something but you never had the chance to. It is important for you to figure out, the real reason why you feel like this. Your first love has a special place in your heart simple because, that was the first person you loved. Try contacting and see why things didnt work out between you, maybe it will help understand and letting go. You can still love him but if you're having doubts, you might as well let him go and make yourself happy.

you will never truely forgot your first love. but you can remember the good times as a past experience. a way to prepare for what to come which is your current boyfriend. if your so happy dont think about ifs in the past. or what oculd have been think about what has happened you are happy now dont let your first love interfere with that ( even though he isnt actully doing it , its just your mind) focus on your current relationship

You will probably always remember him yes. But you don't have to love him. I don't think it would help if you saw your ex. That'd probably make it more complicating. As long as you are happy with your recent boyfriend you should stay with him. I hope this helps you. =]

I don't think anyone truly forgets their first love, because it's the first time they've ever felt something so special.
It doesn't mean you can't be in love again, though..

What's the point in seeing him again if you are happy. I don't think it will help you - infact, it may do the opposite. Don't ruin a good thing.

Ha,but I mean...I'm not sure because I don't think I've been in love yet,truelly inlove.
However I think if you haven't seen him in years and are currently in a serious relationship you should avoid seeing him.That's just my oppinion.So you should maybe try to get over him,I think it's perfectly healthy to beable to forget.Unless you plan to someday try get back together...<-<
