Is it true that you never forget your first love? i am in a serious relationship and have been for quite a few years, but i do not think i could ever let go of my first boyfriend. i find that i cant fully give myself to my current boyfriend as i always wonder what if! i am happy im really happy, but i do always wonder what if things had been different... should i try to forget my first love? is it healthy to forget? i think he will always hold a place in my heart that no one could ever fill. i havnt seen my ex for years, snce the day we broke up. do you think it would help me move on if i did see him? You will always remember your first love, almost everyone does. You will always have feeling for him too, simply because he was your first love and you never felt that way about anyone before him. Try not to focus on him as much, focus more on your current relationship because you are so happy. There really isnt much taht you can do in this situation, but just try and let go and let the past be the past. I don't think that you should talk to him because it may possibly make you like him and want to see him more and i don't want you to ruin the relationship you are in now.

just be honest with them, i mean it is your life they shouldn't be telling you what you should and should be doing in terms of what sports to play. so just tell them how you feel, im sure they would understand

you should definitely not have sex if your not ready. If those guys dump you then obviously they aren't the right one. You want to find the right guy so do that and if they keep dumping you then obviously they aren't the right ones. Because if you have sex with them when you are not ready you might regret it. so please don't do something just to please others if you are not ready yet.

Well first of all dont think that you need big boobs and a big buttt. Because if a guy only likes you for that, then thats not right. Find a guy who likes you for who you are not for big boobs and butt.
And second of all just talk to him see what happens you dont need to be like those other girls that like him. You should want to be different from them and want to be your own person.

I think that you should stay with your boyfriend and just see what happens with him and if he keeps flirting with girls and if you realize that you like his friend better, then break up with him and see what happens with his friend.

I have a best friend who tends to forget that we've made plans. We make them, we let each other know when we're going to call each other, but she'll forget and hang out with someone ele. It's starting to make me mad, becauese I'm sitting around waiting for het to call back when I could be out w/other ppl. you should be mad. i would be, but you should also talk to her about it. tell her how you feel and that it makes you mad that she does this to you. im sure she would understand. tell her to let you know when she can't hang out so your not wasting your time waiting for her to call. So you could go and hang out with other people.

I sometimes feel this "pumping" in my stomach/abdominal area like a heartbeat but its more random and its in my stomach/abdominal area!! Does anyone know what this is?? Is there anyway to prevent this?

okay so i've been sick since the first week of february and it's now march fourth. i have an awful cough and i feel the constant need to cough like deep in my lungs. i've been to the doctor three times and i took zithromax for walking pnemonia but i still have this stupid cough and i'm starting to get nervous. i'm only fourteen and i know i'm probably instigating it because i've recently picked up smoking but i only smoke like once every other day. and i've been sick longer then i've been smoking. it's starting to scare me, what should i do? is this normal? I really think that you should stop smoking because it is not helping with trying to stop the coughing. If you don't quit smoking you are going to regret it when you get older.
I have had a cough for like a month or so like you have. It does eventually go away don't worry.I know im not a doctor but its happened to me before.

Okey. I have my cartlige done on both sides of the top of my ears. But today I did another peircing underneath them. so I now have two peircings at the top of my ear. but the thing is, on one side, I got it like on the bendy part of my ear. Is that very bad or is it ok to keep it there. And if I do leave it in and it gets infected, will it be able to turn into sumthing real bad or if I take it out will it stop being infected soon. its not bad to leave it there. Theres nothing wrong with having your ear pierced on that part. If it gets infected then just take it out because if you leave it in it won't get any better and it will hurt.

So I'm 18/f.
I'm in a long-distance relationship right now, with an amazing guy. He's coming to town for a week on the 14th and I can't wait to see him.
But my mom is being a huge hassle. For one, she's making him stay at a hotel on the other side of town (which is 60 bucks a night.) Plus, she read his blog on his myspace and made him add her as a friend on facebook just so she can "know what this kid's all about". I find myself repeatedly apologizing to him because of her invasion of our relationship (she's always asking me what he meant by blah blah blah or teasing me about what I'll leave him for a comment, etc.) It's getting so annoying. I know she means well, but I feel like I'm under constant supervision.
She's insisting on driving me to the airport to pick him up when he flies in, and she even refuses to wait in the car when I go in to find him. All I want is to say hello to him without her supervision, since I haven't seen him in person since December. How can I convince her to just back off?? Help! I'm desperate. (link)

Just tell your mom how you feel and just to back off. Hes your boyfriend not hers. i mean its great that she cares and stuff, but its just a little to much and it gets annoying.

you should ask him before you go breaking up with him. Cause you dont want to break up with him and then realize that nothing was going on between them. Just talk to him about it. hopefully he will tell you the truth.

I got my period for the first time back in November.
(i'm 14/f, by the way, 15 in a little over 4 weeks) Anyways, my mom doesn't know yet. I don't know how to tell her, because i'm too embarrassed! She said she's thinking about taking me to the doctor if i don't get it (or tell her about it) soon.

Just tell her you got your period. you could do it next time you get it. you dont want to go to the doctor and have her find out there that you have gotten it before. i was embarrassed at first telling my mom, but then once you tell her the first time itss really not that bad. Just say itt.

I know how you feel, i have never had a boyfriend either. One thing that i have realized though is that you dont always need a guy to make you happy, you have your friends and family. And everyone says the same thing to me that i shouldnt look and he will come to me, and i agree with you i feel like there is no one out there for me. But the only thing that you can do is wait. Because if you do wait then you will end up finding a great guy who isnt a jerk like a lot of guys are these dayss. But dont become desperate, just wait and see what happens. you will find a wonderful bf and your first someday soon.

My brother is in 7th grade, turning 13 very soon, and has no interest in girls whatsoever. He also cries everyday over little things and is very sensitive, impatient, and self-centered. Is that normal and what can I do as an older sister (I'm 17), or do I do anything?

i have a little brother who is in 7th grade and is 13. He isnt interested in girls yet either. And i wasnt really interested in boys at that age either. So theres really nothing wrong with him not being interested in girls yet. Plus, everyone's different and they start liking people at different ages and times.

I think that you should tell your ex. But you are right it is better he hear from you then someone else. And if both of you have moved on. im sure its fine with him that you go out with someone else, but you might want to just bring it up in a conversation with him or if he asks you if you like someone or something then tell him. It would feel good to get it off your chest then to hide it from him.

he does like you. If hes tickling you and messing with your hair and etc. then those are signs that he likes you.
When he says "i don't like you" or that your not very smart he may not just know what to say cause hes nervous or something.
You should like hang out with him or somehting outside of school and maybe you'll find out if he likes you thenn

okay, i'm terrible at reading guys but i need help! there's this guy, lee who sits one seat in front of me in math class and he's never really talked to me until just recently. we have mutual aquaintances in the class that sit near us. well, whenever i talk to my aquaintances, lately he's been moving to sit closer to me, i don't think it's just to be closer to the aquaintances because he always talked to them from his original seat all year until now! and he's been directing his conversations more towards me lately. and i sometimes pass him in the halls and we never used to say hi to eachother until last week when he randomly decided to wave and say hi to me. so, someone tell me if he's just trying to be friendly or he's developed a new crush on me. thank you guys so much, i rate high!
PS: also, there was this one time where i was talking about asian girls being cute (i'm an asian girl by the way, haha) and he was like, "yeah, not you, just kidding!" i was just throwing that in because it was unnecassary to say but he said it anyway :p thanks again! (link)

There is a great possibility that he likes you. If hes sitting closer to you and talking to you more and even teasing. These are definitely signs that he likes you, but to make sure you should ask him to hang out like outside of school or something. That would be a good time to exchange phone numbers. You should also get to know him more too.
