Alright i know this is a weird question but i really would like to know.
okay so i'm ALWAYS hungrey i dont know why tho
when i'm bored i wanna eat when i'm watching tv
i wanna eat; I ALWAYS WANT TO EAT EVEN IF I JUST GOT DONE EATING. i'm not over weight or anything
i do cheerleading so i stay fit it's just i dont understand why i always want to eat.
if you know the reason why please let me know.

Only eating because you're bored can lead to weight gain - whether you work out or do sports or not. Don't eat til you can't eat anymore. Eat until you know you're satisfied. Though, I would suggest not eating in front of the TV because pretty soon you could always get hungry while watching TV. Try eating your snack/meal at the table or even while doing homework. Trust me on this; I used to eat in front of the TV all the time and couldn't understand why watching Full House was making me so hungry...
But it's totally natural and plus you exercise; that's good. It's not like all you do is sit around stuffing food into your mouth =]
