mad or not a big deal?

Question Posted Saturday March 8 2008, 9:10 am

I have a best friend who tends to forget that we've made plans. We make them, we let each other know when we're going to call each other, but she'll forget and hang out with someone ele. It's starting to make me mad, becauese I'm sitting around waiting for het to call back when I could be out w/other ppl. SHoiuld I be mad, or is this something that I should just calmly talk to her about?

you should be mad. i would be, but you should also talk to her about it. tell her how you feel and that it makes you mad that she does this to you. im sure she would understand. tell her to let you know when she can't hang out so your not wasting your time waiting for her to call. So you could go and hang out with other people.

Talking always solves the problem. Getting mad about it won't. Just calmly talk to her about this and let her know that it bothers you when you two have plans and she forgets. If the problem consist, I would definitely think about dropping her as a friend because TRUE friends don't forget about each other like that.

Many people forget about a lot of stuff. but i deffinetly think that you should talk to her. maybe the next time she doesn't call you, you call her. And if that doesn't work then the next day just calmly tell her that it kind of makes you upset that she just blows you off. Just make sure you say it calmly so that why it doesn't erupt into a HUGEE argument..--i've made that mistake before--but just tell her how it makes you feel and suggest she wright down your plans at what time.

hope i helped!
