Firstly, try and go to a movie that's been out for quite some time, and either go early in the day or late at night, to ensure less people are there. And sit in the back row if possible, but make sure you're just far away from other people, and the only two in the entire row.
Just sit right next to eachother and get cozy with your coats.

lol, Have fun!

In the back, the last row on top.. in the dark, dark corners not the middle.

Why do some couples insist on doing sexual stuff at the cinema?
I'm sorry, but it's totally disrespectful to everyone there.
Save it for other places and just enjoy the film.

P.S..
Sitting at the back like the other person suggested is quite obvious, dontcha think?
If you still want to do it (and probably get caught), sit away from people and hide yourselves with coats on your laps. Use your brain, it's not hard to think up ways.

The back. Sit in the back because if you're in the back, so most people will be paying attention to the movie and not you. Plus make sure you're not too loud and wait until the lights go off.
