if you set your friends list to private, can other ppl still see your mutual friends?

Well, if you mean, is there a link or whatever, some kind of easy way to just kind of click-and-go to see your friends, then no. If you mean, can they see your friends at all, then technically yes. Unless you set your whole profile to private, even if you use codes to hide them, people can still see your friends, comments, etc. but it involves a bunch of cutting and pasting all this different stuff, which surprisingly a lot of people don't know how to do, so it's still not likely.

No, if your friends list is completely private, then you can't see any type of friends, including mutual.
