Who could I cosplay as?

Hi. Im going to Youma Con, a anime convention this October, and i have NO clue who to cosplay as.
I am the GUY on the right in the white! 16-blue eyes-so on....

this is a slightly older pic, but i still have a slim build and short hair.

PLEASE HELP! any ANIME, GAME, of MANGA character you think i can pull off without too high of a cost, please tell me! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Walter-hellsing, youd have to spray your hair or soemthing but simple outfit.

cloud-final fantacy maybe. baggy pants, waste belt, ect.

thats all i can really think of.. but i hope it helped have fun
