If you are eating way more sweets and exercising less then you are not losing weight. If you are eating sweets and exercising the same amount of sweets you eat then you are maintaining your weight. My advice..eat more healthy and when you have a sweet tooth craving or junk food craving go ahead and eat that food in moderation..dont over do it..just..eat a little bit.
