Eating.. !?

If i eat sweets and junk and healthy stuff as well but i don't over eat and i exercise will i loose weight?

It all depends on how many calories you eat and how many you use up.

No matter what you eat, if you do enough exercise to use up the excess energy, you'll lose weight. If you don't, you gain weight.

That said, sweets and junk food are usually high in calories as well as low in other nutrients, so make sure you that's not all you eat.

Well it really depends on how your balancing out your eating habits and exercising. If you are eating way more sweets and exercising less then you are not losing weight. If you are eating sweets and exercising the same amount of sweets you eat then you are maintaining your weight. My advice..eat more healthy and when you have a sweet tooth craving or junk food craving go ahead and eat that food in moderation..dont over do it..just..eat a little bit. I think if you do that..you will see better results..its all about eating healthy and exercising.
