Question Posted Saturday August 16 2008, 2:58 pm

For people who've done it before, does it really work? On the commercial, they'll say "$36 a week PLUS the cost of food"..meaning the food must be expensive. Does anyone know how much? How long til you see improvement? A billion thanks =].

truthfully it doesnt work the food is too expensive and very gross and it might help you lose a few pounds but eventually they will come back trust me you can try it if you want but not everyone has the same results so dont expect the amazing results the people on tv have b/c from ive seen it doesnt really turn out that way good luck:)
