So I got back from a long trip only to find out that I have mono. I'm not really sick anymore, just realllly tired all the time- just walking to the bathroom makes me exhausted. How can I speed up the healing process and get more energy?
Already drinking water and taking vitamin c.

Exercise. even though you'd think it would make you MORE tired, it does the opposite. So, go for a walk every evening after dinner or run on the treadmill for 20 minutes every day after school.

Drink lots of fluids to remain hydrated and to relieve your sore throat.
Gargle with salt water several times daily.
Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine.
Maintain a balanced diet, low in refined sugars and starches.
Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as aspirin or ibuprofen to help your fever and sore throat.
Avoid physical contact or sports that could cause your spleen to rupture.
You mentioned that you wanted to get more energy,
but at for now it is important not to be too active while you have mono. Your body needs all the energy it can get to fight the virus and deal with symptoms. If you push yourself too hard, the infection can become more severe and last even longer.
