It means "for the win." It basically means "best" or "awesome."
Most people use it now just as much as they'd use something like "beastly" or other common phrases. Just something new that's come up. (:
I've noticed a lot of gamers and people who go on internet forums use it a lot. Basically because it's a short net-speak kind of thing.
