i have just started taking a liking to photography
since im only 13 i cant really go anywhere to learn how to be a proper photographer or get a job as a photographer
i only got into liking photography when my dad told me he used to be a photographer aswell and hes buying a camera soon(a good photography one) so he can start doing it again as a hobbie but he cant really buy me one cause we are kinda low in cash and big in debt so any help would be great for everything i said
2. Perfect Practice Makes Perfect. Just practice over and over. Show your friends and family. Have a presentation with ones you know and ask them truefully to tell you if they like it or not. Getting feedback is a good thing. Explore colorful pictures, black/white pictures, sepia, and so on. Find out what your strengths are and what your weaknesses are. Because you can't take a class or something, this is just going to be judgement.
3. Talk to your dad and get tips. He's good at it probably so he probably knows a lot about photography. Just get as much tips and help from him as you can.
4. Search in your local phonebook for photography classes and such. Because your low on money, once again you haveta earn money. Babysit, dogsit, clean houses, mow the lawn, and so on.
5. Go to art galleries with photography and observe their art. It will give you hints, and techinques that you don't have. And it gives you another perspective.
6. Search online. Buy books about photography. Do research because the more you know, the better you will be. Study artists and thier artwork. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

You could ask a guidance counselor about electives or extra-curriculars offered at your school: if there aren't any, I'm sure he or she will be able to help you find something within the community.
