Forever 21 has amazingly cute dresses for real cheap!
Old navy has cute dresses although they can be pricey.
Kohls has some really cute things for good prices, i'm sure they'll have dresses, i dont think that store is in a mall though.
Try going to department stores like macy's, jc penny's, and boscovs.

It depends at alderwood mall there is a good store called love culture. they have great dresses and really cute items. =)
