If you don't know which browser you have, you have IE.

In IE use CCleaner:

You must use a tool like ccleaner. There is no other way.

In Firefox, Opera, Netscape, and Flock go to tools, delete private data.

In K-Meleon, go to tools, privacy, clear all.

In SeaMonkey, go to edit, preferences. In the "history" category, "clear history".

In AOL Explorer, go to tools, delete usage tracks.

In Maxthon, go to tools, safety, clear browser history.

In Avant, go to tools, clear records.

If any of the above methods fail, use CCleaner:

If I did not cover your browser, read the documentation.

dirtyfryBG31MTB answered Friday July 25 2008, 5:12 pm:
what have you been doing that needs to be deleted?

anyway, depends on the browser. if you're on windows:

open the history
select what needs to be deleted
press ctrl+delete (or it might just be delete)

on a mac:

two ways:
turn on private browsing (it's in the safari menu)
or click bookmarks and open the history tab.
select the website to be deleted
press "delete."

1. At the top of your browser, click "Tools".
2. Select "Options" from the "Tools" Menu
3. Click on the tab that says something to the effect of "Privacy"
4. Uncheck the box marked "Remember entries typed in search bar and form" (or something like that)

There ya go =]
