Hire a Dj since it's summer have him set up out side your house or somewhere special. than invite your friends. This is a grown up and fun party idea.

It would have helped a lot if you provided more information, such as your gender and your hobbies.
Here's a few things from the top of my head:
*Ask if it's possible to rent out a place to have a mini disco
*Gather your friends for a sleepover
*Gather your friends for a food and movie night
*Gather your friends and have a party at your house
*Gather your friends and go shopping
*Gather your friends and go to an amusement park
*Gather your friends and do whatever else is in your area (ice rink, mini golf etc)
As long as you've got your friends and family surrounding you, you're bound to have a fantastic time, whatever you choose.
