i dont believe so. i tried to trade my sim card into a tmobile and i needed a verification code thing. i would have had to call tmobile. if thats what your getting, call tmobile

you can go to a third party cell phone store and get the phone unlocked, it shouldnt be too expensive

No. I've tried to put my friend's AT&T card into my T-Mobile phone, and it doesn't work.
