If you're shaving, then I'm assuming it's irritation caused by the razor. If you do it often, then it's bound to bleed because your area is sensitive.
When you shave, make sure you do it in the bath or shower and use a decent shaving cream/gel/etc. Don't go too hard and take your time.
Let yourself heal before you shave again.
You'll get used to it.

its called razor burn .. you get them from shaving.. try using more shaving creme and lotion after shaving and make sure you use a clean new razor everytime and if there bleeding.. dont go so hard over them it will just make them worse

sounds like an irritation. it can come from shaving, and i honestly have no idea how to keep from it. but a lot of girls get them and its probably nothing to worry about. especially since you havent had sex. although, any form of sexual contact in that area (oral, fingers, etc.) could be an issue. but i think it's probably just a minor skin irritation.
