How can I top this?

Question Posted Thursday July 3 2008, 3:03 am

f/17
My bf (18) does the cutest things for me. during school, he filled my locker with a bunch of balloons and chocolate and stuffed animals and confetti and when I opened it, everything came pouring out and a sign popped out that said i love you. Another thing he did was write cute little messages on a million rose petals that led to my front door. I constantly find little love notes in random places whenever he comes over or in my car. one time he wrote all over his body, supposedly to support his sister's soccer game and there was ink alllll over him and then at midnight we rode our tandem 2-seat bike to the lake and we swam and when he got out of the water, everything washed off except for I love you on his abs. He wrote everything but that in washable marker. The first two months we went going out, we climbed into a treehouse in his friends neighborhood and he took out his guitar and sang to me. He does cute things like this all the time and it just makes me feel so special and all i do is cook him food and give him back rubs sometimes. I love him so much and I feel bad like he does so much for me and i can't think of anything creative and cute and I really want to. I really wanna show him I care as much as he shows me. Nothing sexual, either. Any ideas??

you could write like 20 or so post it notes that say one reason why you love him on each one and put them in his car, locker, house etc. and if u wanted you could tape a chocolate or small present to them. hope this helps- muddymidfielder

maybe you could invite him over, just to hang out and have a really romanic dinner there. then follow it by a walk together. but at the dinner, have like i love you written on a piece of cake or brownie in like chocolate. that would be really cute.

the key is to listen. next time you are together really listen and watch what he does to get a hint of something to do. things you would normally miss when watching a movie or TV, "oh man that action figure looks awesome!" or if you notice that he needs a new wallet, etc. sometimes it's as small as offering to do a favor or a chore if you know he is going to be busy. anything that you put extra thought into will be the perfect idea because it came from you. he likes doing those things for you not because he expects stuff back, but because he likes letting you know that he cares. just keep that in mind and you'll be fine!

I like the idea of making a scrapbook with 100 reasons why you love hime to. It is very sweet. You can put pictures of you guys in there and make sure you you tell him everyday that you love him and he is the best boyfriend you have ever had. This will make him feel good.Hope this helps!

I would do something like make a little book for him of like 100 reasons why you love him. or make him a scrapbook of things from your relationship. you could try writing him a poem if ur good at that type of thing. or even just writing him a letter telling him what he means to you and expressing your feelings for him. you could make him a cd of all the songs that remind you of him. or make him a little coupon book filled w/ things like 100 kisses or a back massage or like if theres something he likes doing that u dont give put one in there about that. Hope these ideas helped. And by the way your really lucky to have a bf like that. Hold onto him!!

Compliment him every day. Say something about his hair or his smile or something! Send him cute texts, write him notes and slide them in his pocket when he's not looking. Surprise him at home when he's not expecting you. I'm trying to think of more, but these things should just come to you. Uh, write lists. Lists of things like favorite dates, why you love him blah blah blah. Make CD's for him. Uhmmmm that's all I can think of now. Hope I helped.

Cooking is the way to a man's heart, so you've already got something good. Don't doubt that power. And you did say he gave you little love notes, well you could also write some. Draw pictures that say "I love you" and little things like that. You can give him small gifts daily, ones you madde yourself will show how you really care. Maybe you can make a mix-tape of songs that remind you of him and give that to him.
You could make a scrapbook even, or a collage of pictures of you and him.

The smallest things count.
Good luck!
