This is natural. Depending on how much stress how much your eating certain foods, thats what determines when your going to get it. Days isnt really an issue when it becomes weeks at a time then you need to be concerned. It it bothers you that much you can go to your doctor and see about birth control. I know its not just because of wanting to have sex, but also can regulate your cycle. Good Luck

Don't worry, it is natural for your period to come late or early.

A lot can cn cause this:

1) Stress-This is probably the main cause in irregular, early, or late periods. Just relax because you stressing over this will only make it worse.

2) New Diet- If you are changing your diet in an extreme way like cutting calories or carbs, or eliminating certain food groups, this can cause a change in your period.

3) Sex- Not saying that your pregnant, but usually when you start becoming sexually active or if you are just begining to have sex more frequently, your period can fluxuate, but that is typical. It is your body adjusting.

4) Just Because- A period is never predictable. Sure you might have your period come around the same time for years, but that doesn't mean it won't change. I used to get my period every month, now only once every two months. Your body is constantly changing, so at times your period will skip or become a bit irregular.

Don't worry you will get back on track. And a little tid-bit. If you had your age or whether or not your sexually active, or even your weight, all of this could help us more on advice.

Email me if you need anything and I don't mind ratings :)

There are alot of the things that could be delaying it. Stress, low-calcium, low-iron, low in vitamins. It is definitely nothing to worry about. Actually when you get older it tends to get worse because your responsibility starts to build.
