How bad does waxing hurt? Would you say it's worth it?

Well, I've only experienced eyebrow waxing, and I didn't think it hurt all THAT bad. And I am the biggest whimp ever when it comes to pain. It was about a 5 out of 10, and I think it's worth it if you want to look good I guess?

It's all a matter of personal preference, really.

It hurts alot, but come on, get over it.
But its SOOO worth it (if your willing to spend the money for it -- otherwise just get a home kit)
I'm really into waxing, and have been doing it for 3 years (bikini and occasionally for legs).
Its juts really great I think.

Well, it all depends on what your getting waxed exactly. Also, it just depends on how well you can handle pain. For me, it hurts but it is worth it because then you don't have to worry about your hair growing back for a couple weeks! I think personally it's a lot easier than shaving! ♥

No,
it's not worth it and yes it hurts
why do you think the charge for it because it causes pain and you shouldn't do that because its bad for you and your skin.

Well, waxing and shaving get the point across of there being no hair. Maybe another solution is the products that are like nair but they remove hair without waxing or shaving i think that waxing hurts and i dont really like it only because i would rather shave and have less pain. and if your with someone whom loves you it shouldnt matter if you have red bumps or even if you shave. I hope this helped

i have pretty good pain tolerance, and i don't think it hurts that bad. my mom thinks it kills though.. so it like depends on the person. i get a brazilian and i can deal with it. it's like ripping off a bandaid kind of. it's over in a few seconds. it's definetly worth it to not shave. i'm not really sure where you're planning to get a wax (like on your body i mean.. legs, bikini, underarms, eyebrows, etc.) but i think any of them would be worth it. i get my eyebrows waxed too and i don't think that hurts AT ALL.
good luck
