if you read seventeen (the magazine) look in the back where all those advertisements are at and there is this lady who has really long hair and shes sorta bent over a little bit...but yea anyways look for that and theres this number you can call to order some stuff to make it grow really long in a couple of weeks..its not that expensive. i hope i helped...by the way i think its great that youre a vegetarian =]

i agree with more protein like the others.
but also if you straighten your hair or use lots of products on it at once that also damages your hair.

although it may sound gross, try washing your hair less because washing it so much is not very good for it. also try to find a shampoo that doesn't have so much acid in it. ive heard that shampoo products contain acid but some are better than others. let your hair air dry if you usually blow dry it and try straightening it less.

hope i could help.
:]

Eat a LOT of protien! Here is a list of some good vegetarian sources of protein:

Milk
Soy Milk
Eggs
Cheese
Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Beans, Tofu, Lentils and other Legumes
Grains such as bread and pasta
Nuts and seeds (such as almonds)

Another thing you could do to help your hair grow is give yourself a scalp massage. Here is a link to the instructions and other helpful info- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Here is some other hair growing info that is VERY helpful- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Mane n' Tail Shampoo is also amazing. It was originally made for horses, but in people hair it helps achieve longer, stronger, healthier, and more fuller looking hair.

There is SO much more info and tips out there on the Web. I could not write them all but I really hope I helped! I am very sorry to hear about your hair and I hope that soon it will be long and healthy!

P.S. If the links dont work just google them and the articles will come up. I am new here and do not know if links show up.

Well, I know meat has a lot of protein in it and that's good for your body & hair. So just eat more things with protein in it like peanut butter. My hair didn't grow for like a year because I fryed it from bleaching it for two years! But I bought this cream that you rub in your hair when it's wet to make it thicker when it drys & it worked good for me. I don't use it anymore but if you go to Walmart or anything that sells hair products they have different items that you can use to make your hair thicker & healthier! ♥

Hi! sorry about your hair! I am thinking that sense hair is just deas cells like your finger nails it can be fixed the same way. I think if yuo increase your protine intake with like a peice of fish once a week or just fish oil caplits things should get better.
