So im really worried about it hurting my first time. I just started using tampons and feel like im really tight and that my hymen is probablly really thick. Can anyone give me their personal stories about their first time and how it felt/if it hurt/if you bled.

Also what are some ways i can stretch/slowly break my hymen so it doesnt hurt. thanksssss

i'll be sixteen this year & i've been having sex for almost three years now.
i remember the night i actually lost my virginity, it did hurt quite a lot but it
was defiantly bearable, I'm five months pregnant by the way. i didn't bleed
when i first had sex, i bled a little before that.
i'm not sure theres anything you can do to make it hurt any less, it still hurts
me today when i have sex, just use lube if your worried about the pain.

hope this helps.
:)

i lost my virginity at 16. it definitely hurt, but it's bearable. your first time probably isn't gonna be enjoyable. lol. my advice would be to have him finger you first. that'll get things to loosen up a little. you lots of lubricant so it'll slide in easier &; most importantly RELAX! your muscles down there will be a lot less tense if you do, &; the whole process will go by a lot smoother. good luck. (:

Well.. I was a virgin until i was 16 and it didnt really hurt at first. I was tight too, as is everyone. I think that a good idea is start off slowly. You know masterbate normal, maybe go from one finger to two. When you get with that person have them finger you with one and then when you are ready with two. Now its going to feel tight and you will probably have to guide it in and probably he may have to push a bit, but its only pressure you will feel not pain. and if it hurts you maybe consider using a lubrication. You may also want to just give it some time. Also you need to be relaxed. Maybe some sort of foreplay should be used before jumping into intercourse. I hope that this helped

Hi, I am 20 years old and started having sex at 18, so I am not that experienced either. But, I can tell you that your body is made so that sex will not be that painful, it has natural lubricants so that it will loosen up on your own. And don't worry about your "hymen," it is actually usually popped before you even have sex from physical activities, mine was from dancing my whole life. Just make sure that the guy is a good guy and you care about him a whole lot, do it in a bed, not in the back of a car or something, and make sure he takes it slow so you are comfortable. Hope all helped!

Hi there. :)
I've been having sex since I turned 14, and losing my virginity was extremely painful for me. For most women, it only stings the first or first few times, but for me it hurt almost unbearably for nearly a month after I started having sex. This is because my partner and I neglected to use what may be the most important tool for your first time and beyond: SEXUAL LUBRICANT. It's not very expensive, and you can get it from your local grocery store and even some convenience stores. You don't need to go to some seedy sex shop to obtain it. It doesn't even occur to most teenagers to use, but it is CRUCIAL, especially if you're a small girl or your partner is well endowed- both of which were true of me and my partner. Applying some to the opening and inner lips of your vagina, and coating his penis in a thin layer as well, will make it SO MUCH easier for him to enter you and so much less painful. I really can't emphasize this enough, I reccomend it to every person who asks about losing their virginity. I wish somebody had suggested it to me three years ago when I was in the same position.
Another simple trick, is simply make sure you're really turned on beforehand! Make time for plenty of foreplay, because the wetter and more excited you are the more accomdating your body will be. Your first time doesn't have to be an unpleasant experience, as long as you take it slow and make sure you both really want it.
For me, breaking my hymen was almost painless. We found it easier to use his fingers to break my hymen before moving to vaginal sex, but that's a personal choice. But if you're concerned, try doing it on your own at home through masturbation. That way you can take it as slow as you need to and if it hurts too much, you can stop for a while and then try again.

Aw, the first time for me hurt but not too bad. He went really slow and it made it less painful. I bled afterwards but not a lot. For the next couple of days my legs were sore & it felt funny when I walked lol. But not every girl is the same. Some girls it hurts more than others. Some girls it doesn't hurt at all. I've heard running can help stretch you so that it doesn't hurt bad. I don't know the truth behind that, but I've heard it a lot. Good luck! ♥

Hey. I was in your situation Last year. I didnt use tampons though before my first time so it was a little different. I was so nervous for my first time. I was dreading it. But when the time came I just decided it happens to everyone and he'l understand if I bleed a little bit. Guys know these things happen so do not be embarassed. You should be able to trust your partner too. Now onto the subject Of will it hurt or not.Its different for everyone. Even if your hymen isnt broken yet, It might not hurt when it does break and it might :/ Everyones different. For me, Yea it did hurt, But nothing extreme like where we had to stop or anything. Alot of my friends were also in your situation and they didnt feel a thing. So You cant really know if its going to hurt or not. So next thing, A main thing i was nervous about was bleeding. Chances are your probly going to bleed. But like i said. EVERYONES DIFFERENT. But most people do bleed. Its deffintly not alot. He will probly notice it. But its not alot. But then again some people do bleed alot during sex. The only good thing about this, is after your first time Its over :) So now onto ways to Break your hymen, Here are 5 Ideas on how to break it,
1. Tampons.
2. Horseback Riding (I have no idea how but
everyone says it can)
3. Gymnastics.
4. Masterbating.
5. Doing the splits/stretching.
SO hopefully that gives you some Kind of Idea. Also keep in mind that Some people dont have hymens they broke awhile ago when they were little from doing certain things and they never knew. So that could also be a possibilty. Okay Well i hope i helped.
GOODLUCK!.
