my boobs look pointy...
i always have to wear a bra or a tight tank top to make them look normal.
they're pointy because i'm a 34 B and i have big, puffy nipples...
and they sag a little and point outward a little..
they're so ugly!.
besides surgery, do you know any way i can fix this problem? is there anything i can take to make my boobs grow? or is there an exercise that can pull them into an adequate position?
You just have to let it happen naturally. You didn't mention your age, but I'm assuming you're young and that your body is still growing. So, just give it some time. This is just the awkward in between phase that most girls go through at one point or another.

I saw something on a commercial about this bar thing that can help you change your bra size, but really it is just working the chest area and what not...
If it bugs you that much, ask your mom for more help ^^ Seeing as she has gone through many years with boobs, she might know a secret or two to help you =3
Oh, and since you might be still growing, I wouldn't try to do anything to your chest...cause it might do something later on once you grow a bit more.
