I'm finding myself to be sad often now.. and i'm gettin mad at people really easy now.

I am crying over this guy, and my social and family life is just messing up right now. im gaining weight, and i just dont know how to be happy ..
HELP!

It's normal to get drepressed, and it's even more normal to get depressed over a guy. The best advice i can give you is to just take it one day at a time. Life has this funny way of working itself out.
So in the mean time, stop concentrating so much on whats going wrong in your life, and realize all the good thats in it.
Like your friends, or your family. What about your hobby's.
Don't have one. Find one! this is the best time to try new things.
You just lost something you cared about, try filling the void with something productive. So when you get cranky you have a way to unwind. Even better, you'll come out of the mood swing having accomplished something.

you just need to relax and do things for yourself that you know will make you happy.Go out with your friends, see a movie, read a book. Anything that will make you feel like you again.

FORGET the guy, call your friends (GIRLS) no guy conversations, hang out with your family, dont worry about your weight you'll probably gain more weight hun and do something for yourself...in a couple of years you'll look back and say that guy is who i was going crazy over omfg look at what i have now (weather its a guy or just how well your lifes going. TRust me I've gone through it and now I look back and I can't beleive a guy like that is who I was dying over!!! Good luck sweetie.

Everyone thinks that they should be happy all the time, why is that? Sadness is apart of life too, and I wonder if you are mistaking that with the need to reflect.

We often think that because we are not happy, we are sad, it's that darn opposites thing again. There is such a thing as not happy and not sad, a middle ground that we go to when things are just not right. You're not suppose to be fretting about whether or not your happy, you are suppose to be reflecting upon what is going on in your life.

How is it you are suppose to feel about this guy? All of what you are saying is symptomatic of mourning, people think it's something that happens when a loved one dies, but that's not what causes it. It is simply about loss. Your loss of this guy has put you into mourning, take this time to reflect and except your loss so you can move on, but get someone to slap your hand when you're eating too much and get a lot of fresh air and exercise. It will help if you don't have to suffer a new loss when you come out of mourning, one of having to lose weight.

if you're sad some good things to do is listen to happy songs. also there is this pressure point right above your fourth finger that relieves depression or sadness so if you rub there for a couple of minutes it should help =]]

DON'T EVER CRY OVER A GUY. GUYS ARE ASSHOLES IF THEY MAKE A GIRL CRY. NO GUY IS WORTH YOUR TEARS ... EVER!!! family problems will always happen. and if you are sad then it's reasonable to get angry fast so just before you get mad and your emotions start going, think about what's going on first and see if your sadness is worth it.

It could be because either 1. Your starting your period or 2. Your hormones are getting ready for your period. You may be suffering from "bipolar" But sometimes its just a mood swing change. Tell your friends and familys sorry in advance if you get mood swings. i'm sure there is medicine for this.. I know when your on your period teens use midol and it works well. P.S. A therapist could be helpful too
