On the day of my high school graduation, I wore an outfit under my robe/gown that broke every part of the school's dress code, just because I could. What were they gonna do after I had my diploma, take it back? Lol...As soon as I got my diploma I opened up my gown to reveal - I think it was - a short khaki skirt that hung low on my hips, a short shirt with spaghetti straps, my bra straps showing, and a low neckline...The only thing I didn't do was wear something with swear words on it, lol. Of course, I hated my school and wanted to spite them as best I could without getting myself in trouble, but that's just me.
I'd wear something comfortable, graduation takes awhile. I remember sitting for hours, being bored out of my skull and really, really hot.
Are your gowns see-through? If so I'd wear light colors underneath. You could wear some sort of semi-formal dress with a pair of heels - just make sure it's not something that'll trip you up while you're walking over to get your diploma.
Congratulations on your graduation! Now the fun begins. =D

Girls normally wear like a semiformal dress and heels under their gowns. You might want to ask your friends what they're doing in case they have better ideas than me.

First off I would like to say Congrads on making your graduation!! Its a beautiful thing and you should be proud :)

Now on to the question. You can wear whatever your heart desires, whatever makes you feel comfortable, put it own, its your day. Most people wear just a nice simple dress under their gown or even a nice skirt and blouse. If your not into wearing a dress or skirt outfit, you can wear some nice black slacks and a pretty blouse.Congrads once again :)

I wore a dress underneath mine. It went down a little passed my knees so that if didn't show, but I also didn't look naked..

You could definitely wear anything like a skirt, or dress. It doesn't matter how formal or casual it is-- just make sure it doesn't show through because you're in a white gown.

Congratulations on your graduation and good luck!
