I'm 19, 5'8, and I weigh close to 180 pounds. I used to weigh around 200, so I've lost quite a bit. But I also used to weigh 150-- I had an eating disorder. I'm like up and down with weight and I hate it. How do I stay at a healthy weight, once and for all? Help!
Understanding that being healthy and fit is a lifestyle and not a passing fad or a hobby is another critical point. It's a 24/7 thing that you and you alone are responsible for maintaining. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

Eat healthily, 5 portions of fruit/veg a day.
Treat yourself to something sweet once a day, but that should be like ONE candy bar, or a ice lolly or a small bowl of ice cream.
If eating dinner, eat rice and fish, or replace chips with boiled potatoes. Eat chicken (try not to eat the skin) and also a lot of salad.
And instead of fizzy drinks, drink normal or sparkling water.
