If I replace my printing paper with line paper, will it work, or will something bad happen like it will get stuck to the printer or it'll take 5 sheets?

I actually did that a couple times and it worked fine. I had this playwriting class that forced me to print out copy after copy of my plays (which were each about ten to fifteen pages long), and needless to say I ran out of paper fast. I was desperate, so I ripped some out of a notebook, made sure the perforated bits were gone, and printed my play out a few times over. My professor got a kick out of it, and I managed to actually buy paper after that.
So, it's not a good idea longterm, but if you're in a jam and you need paper, you can probably make it work.
