There is no category of thirteen year old girls. All girls have different interests; therefore, it is your job to figure out what they are. One thing all girls like is when guys are thoughtful, and show the girl they do care. People kiss all different ways, but always remember to be RELAXED. If you are nervous, it can affect the kiss. i had my first kiss last year [when i was thirteen] and it was sort of gross lol. i liked the boy, he was sweet and i loved how nervou he was around me idk why. and he was funny i liked that too. and he was wierd which i loved. like he was random and he wasnt scared to say what was on his mind but he said it nicely around me. and he didnt care what anyone thought about him. that was great. but i thot the kiss was gross. call me crazy. anyway, yea go for it and goodluck!

Thirteen year old girls are the same as anyone else and you can't really put them under a stereo type because everyone is different. Just talk to the person you like and soon you will be comfortable and the kiss will just happen and you won't even think about it....just remember first kisses are the easiest yet the hardest.

Its different for every girl, basically if its your first time you do what feels right for you, you should be relaxed and umm idk if you're standing up put your arms around her waist but NOT on her ass mmmmmk? and then just tilt your head and kiss her bottom lip... then it should carry on from there.
